When do I need to pay?

Payment is made only after your booking request is accepted.

On trainingmatching.com, you only pay after your booking request has been accepted by the provider.

Here’s how it works:

  1. You send a booking request through the publication page.

  2. The provider receives the request and needs to accept or decline it.

  3. Once accepted, you’ll receive an email and a  notification asking you to complete the payment.

  4. Your booking becomes confirmed once the payment is processed securely through our platform.

Never send payments directly via text, phone, or email. All payments must be completed through trainingmatching.com for your protection.
