# When do I need to pay?

## Payment is made only after your booking request is accepted.

On trainingmatching.com, you only pay **after** your booking request has been accepted by the provider.

Here’s how it works:

1. You send a booking request through the publication page.
2. The provider receives the request and needs to accept or decline it.
3. Once accepted, you’ll receive an email and a  notification asking you to complete the payment.
4. Your booking becomes confirmed once the payment is processed securely through our platform.

**Never send payments directly** via text, phone, or email. All payments must be completed through trainingmatching.com for your protection.
