What happens after I complete a booking?

You’ll receive a confirmation.

After completing your booking and payment, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email. The provider also receives the same notification and can contact you if additional details are needed.

You can message the provider directly through your inbox at any time before the start date.
If you need to change or cancel the booking, please follow the cancellation policy listed in the publication.
