How do providers accept a booking request on trainingmatching.com?

When a participant clicks Request to book, an automated booking request is sent to the provider.

When a participant clicks Request to book, an automated booking request is sent to the provider’s Inbox. At the same time, the provider receives an email notification that a new booking request is available in their Inbox.

Steps to handle a booking request:

  1. Log in to trainingmatching.com.

  2. Go to your Inbox in the topbar.

  3. Click on the booking request.

  4. Read the request details (participant name, publication, date).

  5. Choose one of the options within 24 hours:

    • Accept – confirm the booking and prompt the participant to pay.

    • Decline – reject the request if it does not fit your availability.

    • Message – send a direct message to the participant to discuss details before accepting.

  6. Once you accept and the participant completes payment, the booking is confirmed.

Notes:

  • A booking is only valid after the participant has paid.

  • If you do not respond within 24 hours, the request will expire.

  • Use the messaging module to align with the participant as needed.
