Cancellations on trainingmatching.com can only be made by submitting a support ticket. This ensures all requests follow the cancellation policy of the specific listing.
How to request a cancellation:

Go to the Support Page on trainingmatching.com.

Scroll to the bottom of the page.

Fill out the form and select Create Support Ticket.

Choose Cancellation Request as the category.

Enter the booking details (training title, date, provider name).

Submit the form.
Our support team will process the request in line with the cancellation policy of the listing. You will receive an email once your request has been reviewed.
Notes:

Cancellation conditions (refunds, deadlines) depend on the provider’s policy in the listing.

Without submitting the form, cancellations cannot be processed.

Once a training has started, the booking can no longer be cancelled.
