# How long does it take to receive my refund?

## Refunds are usually processed within 3–10 business days through Stripe.

All refunds on **trainingmatching.com** are processed securely through **Stripe**, our payment partner.

Here’s what to expect:

- Once your cancellation is approved, the refund is initiated immediately.
- Stripe typically completes refunds within **3 to 10 business days**, depending on your bank or card provider.
- You’ll receive an email notification as soon as the refund has been processed.

If you don’t see the amount after 10 business days, check with your bank or card issuer.  
Trainingmatching.com cannot speed up refund processing once initiated.
