# How does invoicing work?

## Invoices are automatically generated for every confirmed booking.

Every confirmed booking on **trainingmatching.com** automatically generates an invoice once your payment is completed through Stripe.

You’ll receive your invoice **by email** within a few minutes after the transaction is successful.
Each invoice includes:

- The total payment amount (including VAT if applicable)
- The provider’s company information
- The booking reference and payment date

Currently, invoices are **not yet available for download** in your profile.
If you need an additional copy or a company invoice, contact Trainingmatching.com via support.
