How do I leave a review?

After your booking has ended, you’ll automatically receive an email from trainingmatching.com inviting you to leave a review.

Here’s how it works:

1. Open the email or log in to your account.

2. Go to My Bookings and select the completed booking.

3. Click Leave a review.

4. Rate your experience and write a short comment.

Reviews help other participants choose providers with confidence and help providers improve their services.

Only participants with a completed booking can leave a review.
