## Are the €2 or 2% fees refundable if I cancel my booking?

Refunds depend on the **provider’s cancellation policy** attached to each listing.

Here’s how it works:

- If your cancellation qualifies for a **full refund**, both your booking amount **and the €2 booking fee** will be refunded.
- The **2% payment processing fee** (paid by the provider) is refunded only if the full transaction is reversed.
- If your cancellation happens outside the refund window, the booking and fees are not refundable.

Trainingmatching.com processes refunds securely through Stripe.
You’ll receive an email once the refund has been confirmed.

For any questions about refund eligibility, please contact **Support** via the Support Page.
