Are the €2 or 2% fees refundable if I cancel my booking?

Refunds depend on the provider’s cancellation policy attached to each listing.

Here’s how it works:

• If your cancellation qualifies for a full refund, both your booking amount and the €2 booking fee will be refunded.

• The 2% payment processing fee (paid by the provider) is refunded only if the full transaction is reversed.

• If your cancellation happens outside the refund window, the booking and fees are not refundable.

Trainingmatching.com processes refunds securely through Stripe.
You’ll receive an email once the refund has been confirmed.
